ith the elections behind us and winter ahead of us, it is a great time to look forward and to begin nurturing the seeds for a New Year. The holiday dinner table is a great place to start! Whether it’s through words of thanks to our family, or through the food we put on the table for our loved ones, the holidays are a time of abundance and thoughtfulness. This year, we’re reminded of ways that we can spread our appreciation beyond our homes and help create abundance to those around us. When we purchase seasonal produce from our local farmers we make an immediate positive impact on our local economy and when we buy sustainable products from socially responsible companies we can create long lasting change. Here at the Springfield Creamery, we operate from those principles and measure our success by the health and happiness of our tight knit families, long-term employees, loyal customers, and committed farming partners. It is truly a dedicated group of folks that we are most thankful for this holiday season.
